Do you want to be the one who builds bridges between business needs and technology? As a technical solution architect, you will play a key role in shaping solutions that create value for our customers; you will be the technical driving force that translates complex requirements into smart, scalable, and innovative solutions with Microsoft's latest technology at the center. You will lead the technical team, make strategic choices, and ensure that the solution is delivered with the highest quality. You will work closely with the customer and project team to understand business processes and translate them into a robust architecture.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Design and lead the technical architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions that provide maximum business benefit.
• Drive workshops and technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure integrations and data models using Microsoft's cloud services (Azure, Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.).
• Implement best practices for security, scalability, and ALM processes.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a developer for Dynamics 365 CE or with MS services as a base.
• You have preferably worked with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and other related services in the field.
• Experience and/or interest in Generative AI or Copilot studio.
• Communicates in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Preferred if you have one or a couple of certificates in relevant areas.
• Preferred if you have an education in a relevant field.
